This Privacy Policy explains how Vyntronx (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, Progressive Web App, and related services at app.vyntronx.com (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account information

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Password (stored in hashed form)
  • Referral codes and account level / status

Transaction and wallet information

  • Deposit and withdrawal requests and history
  • Investment / product purchases and earnings records
  • Payment references and statuses from payment providers
  • Payout destination details you provide (for example wallet or account identifiers)

Technical and usage information

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from network data
  • App and page usage logs needed for security, debugging, and performance
  • Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used for login sessions and the PWA

Support communications

  • Messages you send via support channels, email, or in-app forms

Media and branding assets

  • Images or files uploaded to the Service (including product or branding assets stored with our media provider)

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for operations, dispute handling, security, and legal/accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encrypted transport via HTTPS, access controls, and hashed passwords). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Your information may be processed on servers or by vendors located in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps appropriate to the transfer and the nature of the Service.

The Service may link to third-party sites or payment pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Packaged mobile apps (Android/iOS wrappers) may also be subject to platform privacy requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
